ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALES, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please use the CONTACT US or email us at email@example.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION from our Customer Care team. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Refunds and Exchanges will be offered on returns made WITHIN 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card, minus shipping & handling.

When shipping back, please PRINT RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Please ship back to the return address located on the RETURN AUTHORIZATION form. Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Your card will be charged or credited any difference in price. Return shipping is at your expense. **Exchange (UPS ground) back to you is complimentary/free.
Non Web Store Purchases
For shoes purchased through one of our authorized retailers please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of your request and include proof of purchase and photo of the shoes. Emails not accompanied by both will not be considered.
